Getting to Bad Sachsa

By car

from the north
follow the A7 from Hanover to Kassel until you reach the Seesen exit, then follow the B243 via Osterode, to Herzberg, and then to Bad Sachsa

from the south or west
take the A7 until you reach the Drammetal interchange, where you turn onto the A38 in the direction of Nordhausen. Take the Bad Sachsa exit, then follow the B243 to Bad Sachsa

from the east
follow the A38 until Nordhausen. Take the Bad Sachsa exit, then follow the B243 to Bad Sachsa

** Coming from Berlin: **
take the A7 until you reach the Drammetal interchange, where you turn onto the A38 in the direction of Nordhausen / take the Bad Sachsa exit, then follow the B243 to Bad Sachsa

** In the town: **
no matter which direction you are coming from, travel towards Bad Sachsa Mitte [centre] (Bahnhofstraße – Marktstraße) until you reach the St. Nikolai church. Take a half-right after the church (Schulstraße) and drive until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Bismarckstraße.
After about 300 m, you will be on the left-hand side of our hotel.

You can drive right up to the main entrance with your car. There, we will unload your luggage and then park your car.

Should you be travelling with an electric car, you can use the e-charging station at our car park 120 meters away. As part of an environmental protection incentive by the Bad Sachsa public works, it is free to charge your electric car here.

By train

via Göttingen – Northeim or Halle – Nordhausen to Bad Sachsa
