Every day between 07.00 and 10.30 a.m. we offer our varied rich breakfast from the buffet with a delicious selection of regional products.
Choose between exquisite tea & coffee specialities, enjoy fresh juices from the juice bar or try something delicious from our wide range of baked goods. The varied muesli corner, freshly prepared egg dishes at the front cooking station, sparkling wine and a fresh selection of fruit and vegetables leave no wish unfulfilled.

Every gourmet gets their money's worth in our six restaurant areas and our varied cuisine. Our chef's repertoire ranges from Harz specialities to upscale cuisine, whether for a breakfast buffet, a gala dinner, a romantic get-together for two or a family celebration with all your loved ones.
