Climbing fun for young and old in northern Germany's first Clip 'n Climb climbing arena. There you will find 26 colourful and adventurous climbing stations with a wide variety of elements for every taste and level - ice climbing, the Spaghetti Mountain, Astroball, a freefall slide and the diving tower for the bravest. At the Harzfalkenhof on the Katzstein near Bad Sachsa you can experience eagles, falcons and other birds of prey up close. In the flight shows you can be thrilled by the "kings of the air". A special highlight at Vogelpark Bad Sachsa is the snow vulture breeding. (More information here!)

The Borderland Museum opened its doors on 12 November 1992, exactly three years after the opening of the border gates. True to the motto: Preserve - Remember - Remind, the exhibition was completely redesigned after the move in 2016 and now shows the painful history of German division between 1945 and 1990 in a clear and understandable way. The Heinz Sielmann Nature Experience Centre Gut Herbigshagen offers a variety of experience stations for young and old: interactive nature trail with farm garden, bee house, insect nesting wall, KiKa tree house, fallow deer enclosure, organic farm with rare breeds of domestic and farm animals and much more. After 20 years of "high ropes course in the forest", the "JANGSTEL JUNGLE" is now starting with a new concept at a new location.
The high ropes course is located at 720 m above sea level above the mountain town of Sankt Andreasberg. The facility currently has a length of 900 m on two floors. (More information here!)

With a length of 1000 metres, the all-weather toboggan run at the Hexentanzplatz in Thale is one of the longest runs of its kind in Germany. On the winding track you can reach a maximum speed of 40km/h with the bobsleigh. (More information here!)
